Work to design prototype parts for upcoming vehicle releases using CAD software.
Skills
Yes - design skills have improved using CAD, also learnt about additive manufacturing routes and how to optimise parts for manufacture.
Responsibilities
A good amount - I am responsible for fulfilling any design briefs given to me in the way in which I feel is best, allowing for creative thinking and new ideas.
Support & Guidance

Culture
Alright - the company has clear goals and a route to try to achieve them. However there is a fairly widespread culture of working from home which can have a negative effect.
