Overview
Really informative insight programme we got to explore different business area everyday and we got to connect with new people with the same heritage as us
Skills
Yes I've definitely built on my own leadership skills also being able to confidently answer interview questions and work in a group to achieve a really good outcome has motivated me now to be more confident to get a job
Business Insight
Understanding all the business and the potential roles available was so enjoyable. It really motivated me togo into the specific industry that I have chosen also watching other professionals speak about their personal experience in the industry has now really motivated me to become a partner in the future
