Overview
Spent the week immersed in the team's work, attending their meetings, helping with market research and tasks. Interacted with professionals from all levels and areas of the company during networking events and general office conversation. Went on viewings in the West End and the City where we met clients and other Savills workers. Attended Zoom calls by Savills professionals from different departments in which they explained their department's role within the company

Communication/ Networking - I feel more able to start and hold conversations with new people Analytical and Numerical - conducted market research on Real Capital Analytics software Teamwork - worked alongside and communicated with fast-paced team on various projects
Business Insight
Very insightful - being in the same meetings, email chains, and conversations as my full-time team members allowed me to learn lots about the different processes, industry terms, and clients. Speaking to other people about where they work gave an insight into the different areas of the company however I enjoyed being placed on a fixed team rather than rotating.
Culture
Very social, relaxed and team-driven. Relationships are key and hard work is well rewarded.
