Overview
Shadowing a current graduate, completing similar work while having a mentor to guide you through the process. Networked with directors and graduates from different departments. Attended a Kings cross development walking tour with fellow attendees.
Skills
Further developed my networking skills and leant how to research and source potential development sites for housing projects. learnt how to speak to estate agents when asking for information about a local area.
Business Insight
It was very informative learning about all of the different roles and departments in the company. It reassured me that I would be able to find a place that suits all of my interests.
Culture
It was a very friendly environment, I felt welcome from everyone, including the team I was placed in and other graduates.
