Overview
Fantastic experience which gave a true insight into the world of banking. Not for the faint hearted! Long hours and a project at the end of it but overall a very rewarding experience. Being immersed is the best way to learn, this programme offers a unique hands-on approach which I thoroughly enjoyed. It will show you whether banking is for you- sink or swim!

Yes I learned all about insurance broking and life at the desk

Very eye opening, banks are a lot larger and more diverse than I thought.
Culture
Very kind and welcoming, felt greatly supported. MDs mix opening with interns making it less daunting.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight however sometimes the hours were harder than I anticipated for a spring insight.
