Overview
During the insight day, we attended a number of sessions around the different business areas and learned what life in their day looked like, and the kinds of business challenges they dealt with while also having interactive opportunities to quiz them on some less-discussed aspects of their life i.e. what other business areas would they have explored with the wisdom they have now, how does one build a diversified investment portfolio?
Skills
Definitely -- I learned how to brand more effectively, network more readily and ask the right questions to the right people. I've also learned a lot about becoming a better businessman, which is something I have to give the UBS team full credit to.

Highly, I walked away from the program having had a real glimpse into the collegial, supportive culture of UBS as well as recognizing its strengths across sustainability and wealth management to cross-border M&A expertise in Asia, a region I am very passionate about.
