Overview
It was a really informative experience where we were rotated through different areas of the bank online and got to listen to talks held by members of staff in the area. Staff seniority ranged from recent summer graduates and apprenticeships to senior management.
Skills
I have gained insightful industry knowledge and improved my networking skills. I have also been recommended to improve my coding skills to get a headstart in the industry.
Business Insight
I found it really informative and it gave me a better understanding of the industry as a whole.
Culture
It sounded really friendly as everyone who got asked the question why do you like working at UBS said the culture!
