Overview
Attending learning sessions and panels, engaging with all activities, completing and presenting a case study. Learning about the firm's values, hearing from EY's women's networks and experts in your chosen service line (audit).
Skills
Learnt how to make a presentation clear and informative. Developed problem solving skills and teamwork. Was taught how to apply a pestle analysis to develop a firm.
Business Insight
The team at EY were all passionate about their jobs, and the audit team very insightful about what the EY working environment was like. The women's network spoke to a supportive and inclusive community.
Culture
Supportive and encouraging. A real effort was made to give the insight an inclusive feel.

Yes
You need a strong numerical foundation but also strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. Be yourself because the natural confidence will come across in an interview.
