Overview
Attending Stand-ups and any other Agile based meetings (Backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint retrospective). Working on side projects (I generally worked on my own stuff as I am interested in software development but majority of my team are testers or systems engineers.

Responsibilities
I was free to choose what I wanted to work on. If this work wasn't done or was too difficult, it wasn't a huge issue so the responsibility was low but I wanted to work on these projects as they were where my interest was more involved in - software development. I could have taken more responsibility in other areas but they were not where my interest lies.
Support & Guidance
I had a buddy and manager and a very friendly team. If I needed anything I felt comfortable to ask them. A lot of people can be busy though so I have been ignored a few times.
Culture
I worked mostly remote so it is hard to tell but from what I feel is that it is a nice place to work and everyone is welcoming and friendly. It is a very open minded and helpful company.
Your Impressions
I have enjoyed doing the work and increasing my skills which is what I ultimately wanted to achieve from this.
Yes
Do your research about the company and make sure you really show how much you want to work there at your interview. Be open minded and eager to learn.
