Overview
There was a mixture of panel discussions, case studies, talks and networking events.
Skills
Presentation, teamwork and communication during the case study activities.
Business Insight
There was a good amount of networking which was really helpful in understanding the experiences of different employees in the bank and finding out the various positions available.
Culture
The company was very nice and welcoming, they have amazing initiatives around ESG and diversity which is always good. The employees either junior or senior were always there to answer any of the spring interns’ questions.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it to a large extent, however, some talks did feel a little too long especially when they were nearer the end of the day.
Yes
Just be very inquisitive about the industry, firm and their employees in order to get the most out of your experience.
