Overview
Had talks on the different divisions within HSBC and worked on case studies varying from DCM to Sales and M&A.
Skills
Learned about divisions within banking. Enhanced interpersonal skills and learned the skills of valuation through trading comparables.
Business Insight
Very insightful as I have gained much more understanding of the lesser known divisions within the bank that are just as essential such as CIB and GPS.
Culture
The culture was very welcoming and I was impressed by the open door policy in how the seniors were open to talking about their experiences. The general atmosphere was geared towards learning and networking
