    • Talks, case studies and networking. We were given tours of the office and trading floor and given an opportunity to shadow interns currently in markets.

    • There was a good range of roles and time allocated to each. It would have been nice to it global payment solutions earlier so there was more understanding of what it is

    • The culture was very open and honest. The general atmosphere was more relaxed than other banks. Would have been nice to know that the traders are still less diverse than other divisions
