Overview
The insight program was very engaging. There were a number of panels comprising members from various departments across EY. We learnt a lot about the different goals of different departments under EY and it was a great networking opportunity as well. There was a case study analysis on the second day where we as a team were supposed to research and provide investment opportunities including tax incentives in a number of countries around the world.
Skills
I was able to develop and polish skills like research, presentation, teamwork and oration specially in the case study analysis on the second day.
Business Insight
It gave me a rough idea of the different career roles available at EY and I believe i have made the right choice and hopefully will succeed in getting the summer internship as well.
Culture
The company culture felt very inclusive and diverse. Everyone seemed very helpful and kind. I believe such an atmosphere is essential for the growth of an organisation and this is evident by EY’s success.
Your Impressions
I think i really enjoyed the insight program. I made some new friends and got to network with a number of executives from EY. I developed some valuable skills as well. Overall, it was a fun learning experience.
