Overview
The program was a great way to learn about different careers at HSBC. We participated in several seminars, workshops, simulations, and work shadowing sessions. I came in undecided and found that I really enjoyed Trading!

Business Insight
They made it very easy to understand all roles and the strengths required to succeed within each role.
Culture
The atmosphere was less competitive than many other universal banks and senior executives were happy to talk one-on-one with all interested participants.

I loved it! I learned a lot, networked, and discovered what career within Global Banking and Markets I want to pursue.
