Yes I've improved upon my communication and networking skills as well as my confidence.
Business Insight
Both intimidating and fascinating, it made me wish to go home and research more.
Culture
A very warm atmosphere where everyone I spoke to was extremely welcoming and helpful. People often went out of their way to help or give advice.
Your Impressions

Yes
Don't be put off by the size of the company. In interview use the STAR method and keep your answers concise to avoid rambling and making a mistake. The OIA is not timed so take tour time with it.
