Overview
started with what is Mace, and what they do. Then got a chance to meet some of the team talking about what they do as their role and how they got their, including some of their advice. then we went on a site visit to 40 Leadenhead which is one of their projects currently. Then we were given more advice on how to apply to future roles at Mace

Yes. am a lot more confident now if i am to apply and be interviewed for a role. feel more confident with my future after university

very interesting and encouraging for the future.
Culture
very cultural and diverse with many groups available to join too including LGBTQ+, women, parenting groups. Everyone seemed to get along and it seemed very sociable too.
