Overview
My role includes creating various regular reports and ensuring that data sets are accurate.
Skills
My Excel skills and confidence when speaking in a group have both grown significantly.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was responsible for ensuring the accuracy within a system of record which is used by senior leadership to announce financial results, and was given the opportunity to own several business processes.
Support & Guidance
I recieved a significant amount of support throughout my placement from both my task manager, and foundation manager, as well as wider teams. The culture is very supportive in general.
Culture
The IBM culture is very strong, with a focus on putting employees first. There are several events taking place to help network and to enjoy yourself.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement and at no point did I think otherwise. I will be applying for a graduate role at IBM.
