Overview
Over the 3 day period, there were quite a lot of presentations from lawyers in different practice areas. We also had a significant amount of partner contact which was fantastic. We rounded up with a day shadowing our associate mentor.
Skills
Not a skill, but I've definitely learnt a lot of new industry and firm specific information.
Business Insight
It was honestly very simple. The structure of the program made it easy to follow what was happening at each time and everyone was so welcoming. That created an environment where questions were encouraged so learning about the business and potential roles available was very easy.
Culture
Friendly. So human. Fast-Paced. Fun!
