Overview
Mirror the managers, work together to create a positive and efficient work place. Develop my understanding of business, allowing me to learn skills and attributes in which I can apply to my University work and my workplace behaviour.
Skills
Management skills. Employee motivation skills Time organization skills Managing a large fleet Working out of hours, while utilizing a large fleet.
Responsibilities
Yes, a lot of responsibility. In previous jobs I wasn't given any, and it felt more like a chore than a job. In Enterprise you have individuality, allowing you to develop leadership and find the most effective way to manage the work load. It has helped me enjoy my placement a lot more.
Support & Guidance
From Enterprise, a lot of support, on the other hand my university and I have had no contact, even though I am paying 10% of my salary to them.
Culture
Fantastic, made good friends through working here.
Your Impressions
