Overview
We gained insights about what the bank is offering as products and services, along with the opportunity to interact with current employees in the bank to learn about what their working lives are like. We were offered plenty of networking opportunities, both with our peers and current employees.
Skills
Yes, I strengthened my communication skills and my networking skills by interacting with different people. I was offered the privilege of knowing what kind of people the bank is looking for and can further develop my skills according to this.
Business Insight
During the desk shadowing, the current employees introduced their responsibilities and tasks to us. Also in the presentation sessions, informative insights were given that helped us understand what they were doing better.
Culture
Very inclusive and very engaging to everyone.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the insight, and I felt my days with the bank have been remarkable. I learned a lot about the bank, and now I feel more determined about my future career path.
