Overview
The insight was looking into the different functions of the bank. Including the following O&A (IBD), FIC (Forex Sales and trading), International Private Bank, TDI (IT), Group Audit, HR and Infrastructure.
Skills
The skills I have developed is how to have good time management, network with senior and junior people in the industry and communication.
Business Insight
It was extremely good, as now I know which area of the industry I want to go into.
Culture
It was really good, as they were not also nice but honest as well. Which for me creates a culture of transparency and integrity.
Your Impressions
I really did enjoy it, as was able to experience the corporate culture and how it is to work at Deutsche.

Make sure you research all the 4 pillars of Deutsche when applying to any of their spring programs, especially making sure you know what each sector does.
