Skills
I have developed my customer service and time management skills immensely. I have also learnt how to approach problematic scenarios and how to turn convert them from unsatisfied customers to completely satisfied.
Responsibilities
Compared to previous jobs, the level of responsibility I was given at Enterprise was a step above the rest. From running the day to day operations for the branch, taking care of customer queries and being in charge of a number of day to day tasks, the level of responsibility I was given made me feel like I was trusted and that I had been a part of the team for years.
Support & Guidance
I was given more than substantial support from colleagues, my branch manager as well as my area manager. They were all a phone call or text message away!
Culture
There is a very competitive atmosphere within the company and everyone rewards each others successes, e.g. when they upsell to a customer or hit the top 100 in area sales. The general atmosphere in the branch is phenomenal.
Your Impressions
My placement year has been just as great, if not slightly better than my first 2 years at uni. My personal development since starting has shot through the roof and I couldn't recommend Enterprise enough. I have made friends for life and have even been offered a job back at Enterprise as soon as I finish my final year of university.
Yes
Just do it! You will not regret it at all. You will be on a very competitive monthly salary where overtime is also paid for. The more you put in, the more you get out of the job and monthly bonuses are available if you as an individual and the branch work hard too.
