Overview
2 virtual days and 3 in-person. We learnt technicals and industry knowledge from MDA training during the virtual days. During the in-person days, we heard from speakers and panels. Across the last 2 days, we got given 3 randomised divisions to shadow for 1-1.5 hours each.
Skills
Developed my knowledge about investment banking, specifically in regard to Deutsche Bank. Improved my networking skills as well.
Business Insight
Got brief overview, but didn't really learnt about the divisions I really liked as the desk shadows were randomised.
Culture
They were all really nice and welcoming.
