    Your Impressions

  • 5. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I did enjoy it but i felt like the social activity (quiz etc) could have been better- would have been nicer to have like a game or more discussion etc. i felt like it was really difficult to concentrate towards the end of the day as we just had out interviews beforehand. also there was no time to really prepare for the interview- you had to do it in the evening, which was difficult for people who were observing ramadan or who were travelling out, or had caring responsibilities. would have been better to have 3.5 day insight week: where 1 day is half interview (or talk) and then half self study- with chance to network and ask questions in main lobby if they seek. either way, day 3 felt weaker than day 1 and day 2, but overall i did really enjoy the placement will 100% recommend and had so much fun

  • 7. Would you recommend KPMG to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 8. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KPMG
  • please know your department/team inside out (i.e: if you're doing people consulting, know everything about kpmg, about consulting, and then about people consulting specifcally). once you think you know enough, think of atleast 10 questions that you dont know the answer to so you can ask during the Q+A sessions. the interviews expect you to go into an incredible amount of detail about the role so you really need to make the most of it
