Business Insight
They made it clear what roles were available and the different parts of the business you could enter but also the different parts that you could progress into.
Culture
Everyone that I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming and willing to schedule in time to speak with us. When the employee we were shadowing didn't have the answers she got another person to come in to do a Q&A within that specific sector.
Your Impressions
This was really beneficial to understanding the structure of PwC and makes me inspired to partake in future programmes such as an internship or a graduate role. I also really enjoyed meeting the other interns on the programme as we all shared a similar mindset and created an inclusive non-judgemental culture to be able to ask all of the questions we needed to.
