    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • She organised chats with other Associates working in very different project areas so I got a great overview of the breadth of potential projects available at PwC and also a good overview of the PwC working culture and environment. I also was given the opportunity to sit in on client workshopping calls, new Associate training calls as well as calls regarding the potential qualifications that consultants can gain during their time with PwC.

    Business Insight

  • 3. What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
  • It was really good for learning about the potential roles within the Line of Service I applied to (Management Consulting) and I got to meet a wide range of people across project areas and levels (Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, Senior Manager) that was really insightful. We did not get much insight into the other Lines of Service however this may only be interesting to some people.

  • It was a very friendly and welcoming environment - the floor I was sat on had a great atmosphere (bustling/lively is a good way to put it) and I felt very comfortable speaking to my buddy and asking her questions amidst the floor's overall atmosphere. Everyone I met was very friendly and open to talking about their experience working with PwC even on initial meeting.
