Overview
I was shadowing a staff member from Pwc. I listened in on her work calls met some other important staff members and gained a valuable insight into the company.
Skills
Yes I have developed better communication skills and learnt how to act in a professional manner within the office environment and I also learnt how to deliver bad news in a professional manner.
Business Insight
It was slightly overwhelming as there were some roles I had limited knowledge about but I mostly found it fascinating that there is such a wide variety of jobs available at Pwc.
Culture
The company culture seems to be very friendly alongside the general atmosphere. Everyone I spoke with at Pwc seemed very eager to talk to me and provide me with knowledge alongside offering general advice.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the insight people and the company provided with. As I had never had a work experience event like this I really wanted to embrace all opportunities given and immerse myself in it full heartedly.

The advice I would give is to be yourself and let your personality show. Think of your good attributes and try and highlight them in your CV and show your passion for the company Pwc.
