    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • There was a lot of networking and getting to know the company and the people working there. There was also a couple of tasks that I had to do, like scheduling meetings, booking rooms and creating presentations.

  • I developed my confidence to approach people and ask them interesting questions about their experiences. I also learned to use Mural, Google Calendar and developed my skills in Canva.

  • 3. What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
  • It was very insightful because I learned that I can do many things with or without my university degree. I also learned that there are many pathways for me in the future and that I am not stuck on one particular path, and that I am able to shape my career the way I want.

    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • It was very friendly and inclusive - I feel like everyone I talked to was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They were also very happy to connect on LinkedIn and help me in the future. I also felt like everyone was well coordinated, meetings were very structured and people were hardworking and driven.

  • 5. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I really enjoyed it because I could talk to everyone without feeling judged. I also learned so much about consulting and how many career paths there are. A truly fulfilling and insightful experience.
