Overview
Ability to become immersed in PwC and experience the people and culture. Opportunity to talk to so many different people within the company and get a real feel for the types of work that is done and what people's experiences within the company has been.
Skills
The ability to confidently network with different people across the company to learn what they do. Learning to ask informative questions of people - listen to what they are saying and ask follow up questions related to their information.
Business Insight
PwC offers so much opportunity to employees, so it can be difficult to understand all the potential roles. Being immersed within the company and having the opportunity to hear directly about the different roles is invaluable in improving understanding.
Culture
Very positive, friendly and welcoming. Everyone that I spoke to was happy to help us to make our experience better, telling us all about their work and giving time. This showed how welcoming and friendly everyone is!

Go for it! Don't think that just because you didn't do a financial degree then you aren't the right person! Skills from all backgrounds are encouraged, which makes for a great, diverse workforce.
