Overview
Had the opportunity to shadow associates and learn more about the work that they do and the tools that they use. Asked questions to find out more and clear up any misconceptions. Spoke to associates, managers and more to learn about the company and their roles.
Skills
I have picked up some skills: - Improved networking skills. - Improved understanding of different business areas
Business Insight
It was very enriching learning from a vibrant group of people that were more than eager to tell us about their experiences. The business had a really nice and welcoming atmosphere that encouraged you to work. There is a wide variety of roles available at the business that match my interests.
Culture
The culture was very nice. The employees were very welcoming and more than willing to answer questions.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot more than I had expected. I learned a lot in the short period of time and had to opportunity to speak to many different employees at different stages in their career.
