Overview
Involved shadowing an employee, an online induction, several presentations on the functions of the company and the specific line of service that we were allocated to.
Skills
I have developed my networking skills and my communications skills.
Business Insight
Very interesting, learned a lot about the career opportunities within the firm, as well as the chance to change lines of service or to travel abroad.
Culture
The atmosphere was extremely friendly, we were able to get free snacks and refreshments, everyone was very friendly and helpful, as well as eager to pass on their experiences.
