Overview
-Sourcing, screening & presenting diverse talent pools from the EMEA talent market -Liaising with hiring managers and key stakeholders regarding candidates -Organising and assisting in events for current Adobe interns, graduates and potential leads. This include DE&I initiatives, insight days, socials with partnering companies (e.g IBM) and CSR activities -Head of Talent Communications and Event Scheduling -Creating and distributing a ‘Competitor Insights’ Newsletter-a monthly newsletter covering the EMEA market and the latest updates regarding Adobe's competitors

Yes- Ive presented projects to senior leadership, been given my own job roles to hire for (selected candidates to go for interview) and have done talks at universities (unscripted)
