Overview
I spoke to Managers and Associates and learnt bout their roles, I networked with other Interns in order to grow my platform on LinkedIn, I shadowed an Associate and learnt about what it’s like to work at PwC.
Skills
I learnt the value of communication within a team, I learn how to network effectively and I developed my self-confidence in a corporate setting.
Business Insight
I learnt about opportunities for Summer Internships and the value of an Internship when applying for Graduate Programmes, I developed an understanding of the flattened hierarchy culture at PwC and I was able to get in touch with members of staff who could assist me with my future career opportunities.
Culture
In the Manchester office, the culture was extremely welcoming as I felt comfortable and in no way intimidated navigating the office. All colleagues were kind and informative and spoke to you in an inclusive manner.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and hope to return to Audit at PwC Manchester.
