Overview
Each day was very different. First day talked about what the Bank was about and how they make money within each line of business in which they went into more depth in the second day. The third day is a deep-dive session of the sector you chose and helping you decide what line of business you may be interested. There were so networking sessions throughout each day and the employees were very lovely to talk to.
Skills
I would say that I have learnt how to network a bit more as well as a greater understanding of the financial sector holistically.
Business Insight
It was really insightful as I previously didn't know much about global markets or what global transaction services may include and the managing directors, who were on stage, had explained really well and concisely.
Culture
I feel like the culture is very diverse and very different to other top firms; this being more so on the care towards employees and the significance of respect within the workplace.
Your Impressions
Out of the many firms I have been to, Bank of America almost felt like each employee invited you to this big home that they live in and I felt really valued and motivated to be in this firm in the foreseeable future.
