Overview
Cross divisional insight week. 2 days virtual and 3 days in office. There were business area talks, shadowing opportunities, as well as insights into the firm.

Interview skills, technical knowledge and communication skills improved.

Make sure to apply with an open mind. There are many divisions with differing responsibilities so don't narrow in on one division before the programme.
