Overview
On the first day of the insught we were given an overview of citi and introduced to its different networks and sustainability work. On the second day we did an IPO simulation. On the in-office days we shadowed our allocated buddies on the job, had speeches and networking events . There was always the opportunity for questions.
Skills
I have gained a deeper insight into IB and got to network with many people. I got to know citi as a company and understand if this is a place I would like to work at.
Business Insight
It had helped me be able to decide whether I would like to pursue a career here or not
Culture
Everyone was really friendly and made you feel welcome. The recruiter team was always available for questions and help.
