Overview
Getting presentations from the staff, participating in interactive activities, case study, networking opportunities, shadowing a team within the division in which we were placed, q&a sessions with staff from varying levels of seniority.
Skills
Gained a better understanding of what corporate bankers at a large international bank do, realized how important networking can be.
Business Insight
It was really inspiring and insightful to see how large the scale of the operations are. After the insight I gained even more interest in the division in which I was placed. Understanding the roles that are available made me realize how much experience can be gained through these roles and how much learning opportunities there are.
Culture
The company culture was amazing and truly one of the best aspects of the insight week. The diverse and inclusive cultur that Citi facilitates is a culture that all businesses should strive for.
Your Impressions
Not only did the insight make me more interested in the business area, but it gave me the opportunity to network and make friendships with the other interns which is truly a priceless experience. The insight week at Citi showed me the true fruits of fostering and developing an inclusive, diverse, and stimulating working environment.
