Overview
Spotlight sessions- lectures given by junior and senior employees from different business divisions to help us learn about the functions of the division. Networking sessions- with a range of senior bankers to allow us to ask personal questions about their journey through BofA
Skills
On the 3rd day we got a chance to build a DCF model on Excel using AmplifyMe’s training materials.
Business Insight
Very exciting, it was the first real bit of Investment Banking experience for everyone there, very nice to get our foot in the door and get an insight into such a great firm.
Culture
Everyone was very friendly, open and honest during the group sessions and the one to one networking sessions.
