Overview
Our role is to help customers' with any problems they have on a day-to-day basis. We have regular cadence with customers, to discuss how they find the product, and how we can help them get the best from their licenses. At the end of the contract year, we are also responsible for renewing their licenses, and making sure they retain our services.
Skills
I have learnt how to deal with customers problems, concerns and worries. My communication skills have increased tremendously across the year. I have also learnt how to effectively negotiate contract terms with customers.
Responsibilities
I was given a book of business, worth over £300,000 to manage across the year. The company helps us with any problems we may have, but we are solely responsible for our accounts. We are asked about the state of the relationship between customers, on a weekly basis, and are called out when we do not have an answer for a question.
Support & Guidance
Everybody in the business is helpful, and is willing to give you the time of day. There is great banter amongst staff, and we are freely able to ask any questions, regardless of whether or not they may be considered 'silly' or 'stupid'
