Overview
Started the day with getting to know mace as a company and how different job roles come together. Learnt about a couple roles in the company through graduate scheme employees and their story on how they got to mace. Nevertheless, went to an on-site building to view how they work.
Skills
Yes i have learnt a couple skills, such as how to do a video interview. Also developed some communication skills.

You don’t have to have construction knowledge prior to obtain some of their roles.
