Overview
Respond to any questions from my customers, support customers through the renewal process, arrange meetings with customers to better understand their usage of the product and thus be better placed to support their needs while encouraging them to grow and thus increase their expenditure with the company. Work with many stakeholders across the business to maximise our commercial performance and retention rate.
Skills
Become confident with a number of websites/ softwares used in the industry such as SalesForce and excel. Become confident meeting with and presenting to a wide range of individuals both within my company and our customers' companies. Developed my ability to find opportunities for additional sales by analysing usage data and contractual limits.

It was difficult to begin with but once I understood was needed from me in my role colleagues were always available to help with any questions I had and to provide advice.

Yes
Ensure you understand what the company does before applying and put the effort in when preparing for the assessment centre. Don't be put off if you don't think you understand how software works, you don't need to know that for the non-technical roles.
