Overview
Reviewing budget plans; Aligning budget spend mix; Analysing efficiencies metrics to compare ROI with investment spending; meeting with key stakeholders to provide budget guidance and recommendations
Skills
Many strategic based skills were learned such as the ability to effectively plan a more effective process to budget inputs for the next quarter helped automating a manual process. Existing skills such as time management and prioritising workload were immensely developed further.
Responsibilities
I believe I was given many responsibilities that challenged and stimulated myself. It was pleasant to receive such trust and dependance despite only being an intern
Support & Guidance
I had a fair balance of my own independent whilst receiving support and guidance whenever necessary through 1:1 reconnect calls and scheduled catch up meetings
