Overview
I work as an Account Executive. No two days are the same at PepsiCo! - Seeking/liaising with new business customers - Analysing data turning insight into action - Auditing a national CAPEX project
Skills
100% This placement has prepared me for work post university. Enhancing both my soft skill as well ability to analyse data effectively. I have grasped a fantastic understanding of the end-to-end commercial process.
Responsibilities
Responsibility was very high through out this placement, but the support was equally matched.
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support from my line manager/Team and Wider Team. Very People orientated culture. I found that even if people did not know the answers, they would still attempt their best to help.
Culture
Very people orientated and very social. I found that people take a legitimate interest in each other as people first and then employees. Everyone has been very supportive of my development.
Your Impressions
I would highly reccomend this placement/company to anyone! I have enjoyed this more than university.
