Overview
-sizing new bags of crisps -material selection -liaising with suppliers -trialing new packaging -organising sample collation -sending samples -supporting trials

learnt how to -communicate efficiently & effectively -conduct in a professional environment -expanded material knowledge -learnt about manufacture of materials & snacks -be confident in own decisions -time management
Responsibilities
yes, I worked on live projects & represented packaging r&d for a number of events, projects & meetings, just like any other member of staff
Support & Guidance
we had a designated placement team who you could reach out to if you needed support. people we're always willing to chat if you wanted to know more about them or their roles
Culture
there was usually an event going on every other week from one of the pillar teams e.g. community team, mental health team, womens group, asain network or guest speakers

i did enjoy my placement although not directly related to my course i developed & learned many valuable skills i wouldn't have got elsewhere
