Overview
A typical day would see me logging on to download data and then refresh some PowerBi reports. I would then make any changes or additions to the reports as requested by stakeholders. I would have a daily meeting with my team before getting stuck into some project management work which could involve some discovery work, facilitating working groups with stakholders, developing presentations and suggesting changes.
Skills
I have learned how to use PowerBI, Adobe Analytics and SQL. I have developed my abilities in Excel and PowerPoint and my presentation skills. I have gained a lot of business knowledge and how to develop change plans, manage stakeholders, faciliate meetings and present to leadership teams.
Responsibilities
I was given incredible levels of responsibility. I was responsible for the performance of a sales channel and I was a project manager.
Support & Guidance
I recieved lots of support from my team, wider team, and anyone in the business I approached asking for help.
Culture
The company is so welcoming and everyone is willing to help. I was not expecting such a pleasant environment and I don't want to leave.

This placement changed my life. It gave me so much exposure to develop in many areas. It has catapulted my career progression and opened the doors to so many opportunities.
