  • This role consists of providing excellent customer service while being able to maintain a healthy fleet of vehicles.

  • I have learned how to lead from the front and have enhanced my decision making skills through the day to day running of the business. Project management through my management folder. Time management. Problem solving. Improving my team working skills and communication skills.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I have been given a lot more responsibility than I ever thought I would on a placement year. From the very first minute you are tested and begin to learn so much that can add to your internship. The opportunity to run the day as well, being in charge of the day to day operations of the business have added so much to my skill set and the overall experience I have had is exceptional.

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • I received a lot of guidance from day one. I started with 2 weeks of training every morning with my training group then we all headed into our branches for the rest of the day. I found this really beneficial as we could discuss the challenges that we came across the day before. Furthermore, after the 2 weeks ended I still received alot of help from my colleagues at the international airport which I appreciate.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The company culture was very fun and vibrant. It has been a real pleasure to work in such a fun environment because it makes the job even better. It was a very tight knit community which was really fun to be apart of too.

  • I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement with Enterprise. The amount of opportunities that it has given me has been amazing. It has been a very fun but challenging experience.

  • Be ready to get involved in a very dynamic business environment that if fast paced but extremely rewarding. Allow yourself time to adjust but don’t be afraid to get stuck in.
