Overview
The role involves serving customers daily, providing great customer service, sales, marketing with local businesses, delegating and controlling the day. As well as working on projects to personally develop.
Skills
Great people and communication skills, Financial skills, problem solving, aspects of marketing skills. Fleet management and observation skills.
Responsibilities
Lots of opportunity to prove and excel myself. You are given lots of responsibility when you are ready to take it on and never forced to. Personal development and improving of skills is something that is very important within Enterprise.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support and plenty of time allocated to complete University work and attend any meetings or calls if necessary.
Culture
A great culture and friendly environment in which everyone feels like a family, not just in your own branch but in others as well

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement with the company and developed so much personally in such a short space of time. Cannot recommend working for Enterprise enough!

Make sure you have a good, driven attitude and are ready to learn and progress at a fast paced environment before joining. Get to terms with everything and don’t be afraid to ask for advice.
