Overview
Providing excellent customer service. Sales. Helping to grow our fleet through marketing. Assigning right vehicles for right deals. Building relationships with corporate body shop and dealership.
Skills
Since I’ve joined Enterprise I have enhanced my sales skills. I have developed my communication, driving and time management skill. Additionally, I have learnt how to develop a team and run the day effectively.
Responsibilities
I was surprised at how much responsibility I was given during my placement at Enterprise. As an intern, I expected to have a lot less responsibility and tasks to complete but this wasn’t the case during this placement.
Support & Guidance
I received a good amount of support and guidance from my manager and assistant manager. Additionally, if I had any questions about any areas of the business, I knew I could easily get in contact with people in that line of business who would be able to support me through any questions I had.
Culture
I was always working with people similar in age which made the culture a fun and friendly place to work. The atmosphere was always positive as everyone had been in a similar position to you so always wanted the best for you.
Your Impressions
I have thoroughly enjoyed my 12 month placement in Enterprise. I enjoyed the fast paced work environment as well as the people I had worked with which made it even more enjoyable.
