    Responsibilities

  • Yes we are giving a lot of responsibility in our branches. Running the day is a big responsibility as you are in charge of your entire branch and you are essentially taking control.

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • Everyone was so helpful, my team at Boucher road were very welcoming and really put in a lot of effort. I have really enjoyed my time at enterprise. Any issues or problems that I had my managers were happy to help and my area manager Mike was very accommodating.

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • I think enterprise has a a amazing atmosphere. I always enjoy going into work and everyone gets along really well. We enjoy pushing for good customer service, which means we strive to have a good environment in our office.

  • I love my placement, I really enjoy the job. I love the opportunities we are given as placement students and I have learnt so much in my placement year. I have really enjoyed working with my team.

  • I would tell someone starting fresh that they need to have a can do attitude. Everyone in work is so helpful and it’s very important that you go into enterprise with a good attitude and a willingness to learn and help others.
