Overview
1st day: Introduction to team and overview of bp's value and culture - Net Zero aims and other goals 2nd day: Networking with bp employees and talks about DE&I 3rd day: Work Shadowing a data analyst 4th day: Interview and assessment centre preparation workshop and wellbeing talks
Skills
I've learnt about bp and more about energy which I have little knowledge of. Teamworking and networking skills. Data Analyst: Improved with Python and SQL
Business Insight
A good overview of bp was presented on the first day. Everyone was really nice and was able to answer any questions. I learnt a lot about the potential roles and even got to shadow an area I picked.
Culture
bp culture was great. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming as well.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the time I spent on this programme. As I study Computer Systems Engineering at university, I was more focussed on technology companies but bp has been a really great place to work at. I am looking forward to applying for further opportunities with bp.
